Spring Sale and Craft Fair

Booth Rental Agreement and Booth Space Information:   

Booth Rental Agreement forms can be printed off the website, emailed, or picked up at the Park Office. You will be required to read and sign our Booth Rental Agreement. It states the rules and regulations for the space you are renting.  

 

Cost: $20/booth with table provided by Parks Dept.

           $15/booth if you provide your own table

 

You will be able to view a layout and pick an unreserved spot in which you would like to set up. Be sure to reserve your booth as soon as possible, spaces are limited.

A signed copy of the Booth Rental Agreement and payment may be emailed, dropped off at the Park Office, or mailed to us at 722 Eisenhower Drive, Edinburgh, IN 46124. If you chose to mail, it must be post marked by February 25th. 

 

Set-Up times: are Friday evening 7:00-9:00pm and Saturday morning from 7:00-8:30am.

 You must be set up and ready to begin at 8:30am.

Tear Down: Please clean up your booth space and take everything with you. The area must be free of trash and cleaned thoroughly.

 

Payment: We accept credit cards, cash, or checks. Make checks payable to Edinburgh Parks and Recreation.
