Clifford Duane “Cliff” Henry, 61 of Edinburgh, Indiana passed away March 26, 2022 at Franciscan Health in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was born March 2, 1961 in Bedford, Indiana. He was the son of Warren D. and Virginia M. (Crites) Henry. He married RaeJean (Bartlett) Henry on September 12, 1981and she survives. He is also survived by his son, Josh (Erica) Henry of Whiteland, Indiana, daughter, Whitney (Shawn) Kelsay of Columbus, Indiana, grandchildren, Beau, Hudson, Lincoln, and Bronson, brother, John (Tina) Henry of Greensburg, Indiana, and sisters, Judy (Don) Meyers of Florida and Nancy (Jerry) Belser of Edinburgh, Indiana, and his dog, Heidi.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, William “Bill” Henry, and sisters, Crystal Belser, Carolyn Yonts, and Paula Centers.

Cliff was a 1979 graduate of Edinburgh High School. He was a member of the Edinburgh United Methodist Church in Edinburgh. He was active with the High School Senior Breakfast, helped to start the 8th grade lunch, Vacation Bible School, assisted with the Boy and Girl Scouts associated with the church, and many other church activities.

He retired from Saps/Dolly Madison after 31 years. He assisted coaching all levels of football in Edinburgh and was a fan of all Edinburgh sports. He helped with the Toy Drive for over 25 years and also helped with the Back-To-School Drive Program.

Cliff was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He was the favorite uncle to his nieces and nephews and best friend to many. He was well known for his ‘bear hugs’. He enjoyed fishing, collecting John Deere, John Wayne, and HO Trains items.

A funeral service will be conducted by Reverend Jason Hyer at 11:00 AM on Saturday, April 2, 2022 at Edinburgh United Methodist Church in Edinburgh, Indiana. Calling will be from 4:00 until 8:00 PM on Friday, April 1 at the church and from 10:00 AM until time of service on Saturday. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Edinburgh United Methodist Church.
