Linda Lou Clark M-C-63-4

Linda Lou Clark, 77, passed away at her home, surrounded by her loving family on Monday, September 04, 2017. She leaves her sweet spirit and loving memories to be cherished by her three children; William (Joyce) Clark, Julie (Steve) Warren and Brad (Debra) Clark; grandchildren, Amy Lee, Jason (Paige) Parsons, Ryan Clark, grandson-in-law David Swartz; Braden (Shelby) Clark, Blake Clark and Abigail Clark, great grandchildren, Kaije Swartz, Kaymen Swartz, Brianna Parsons and Dalton Parsons; siblings, Peggy, Penny and Kim and a host of other dear relatives and friends. She was preceded in passing by her parents William and Betty Proctor, husband Tommy Clark, sister Jane Neal and granddaughter Mandi Swartz. She graduated from Arsenal Technical High School.  Linda worked for over 46 years with H&R Block Tax Service. She grew with this company as it evolved from paper, pencils and large erasers to computers and smart phones. She always said “I never want to be left behind in this world of technology”. In her many job capacities over the years, she most enjoyed seeing her clients year after year and helping them to understand and navigate the complexity of tax law.    She recently joined the New Beginnings Community Church of Morgantown after 30 years of being a member of Nineveh Christian Church where her husband had been the song leader. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren and meeting up with her Aunt and her sisters daily for lunch and shopping, but her true passion in life was the gift of time spent with her husband of 58 years of marriage. A service will be conducted on Friday, September 8th, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home, 2898 North Morton Street, (U.S. 31 North) in Franklin. Friends are invited and may call on Friday, September 8th from 11:00 a.m. to time of service at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh, Indiana. Memorial contributions can be made to New Beginnings Community Church of Morgantown for the continued growth of this young church. Online condolences may be received at www.flinnmaguire.com
