John C. Weddle, 90 of Columbus, Indiana passed away May 9, 2025, at Johnson Memorial Hospital in Franklin, Indiana. He was born June 26, 1934, in Brownstown, Indiana. He was the son of Silvurn and Reva (Sweeney) Weddle. He married Leah (Gabbard) Weddle on May 20, 1960, and she preceded him in death on August 8, 2002.He is survived by his son, Brad (Sheila) Cunningham of Franklin, Indiana, daughter, Sue (Glynn) Graham of Edinburgh, Indiana, 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandson. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, son, Harry Leon Cunningham, Jr., brother, Charlie, and sisters, Mary Lou, Betty, Priscilla, Naomi, and Barb. John served in the US Navy. He was a member of the Who-So-Ever-Will Community Church in Edinburgh and a retiree from Cummins Engine Company. He was an avid reader, enjoyed gospel music, and woodworking. A private family graveside service will be conducted by Reverend Randy Denton at a later date. Arrangements made by Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh, Indiana.
