Ruth Belser Crawhorn, 87, Edinburgh, IN. passed away Thursday, December 17, 2015 at Morning Pointe, Franklin, IN. She was born March 7, 1928 in Jefferson Co., IN. to Major Campbell and Hazel (Fincher) Campbell. She married Ronnie Fredrick Belser in 1947 and he preceded her in 1968; she then married Finnis Crawhorn in 1988 and he preceded her in 2001. She is survived by sons Jerry (Nancy) Belser and Ronnie (Linda) Belser, both of Edinburgh; daughters Lucilla Belser Vandiver, Edinburgh, Lisa Norton, Chaplin, KY.; (15) grandchildren and (16) great grandchildren. She was preceded by sons Tommy Belser and Marvin Campbell; daughters Norma Hartwell and Bonnie Crawhorn; Brother Otis Campbell and Sister Betty Jean McClain. She was a member of Who So Ever Will Community Church, Edinburgh. She loved spending time with her family, attending church and Bible Study groups. She never met a stranger and had a good word about everyone she met. A funeral service will be held Monday December 21, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home, Edinburgh, IN. officiated by Rev. Lewis Burton. Calling will be Sunday Dec. 20, 2015 from 2 – 4 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery, Edinburgh, IN.
