Cleatus Berl Byus, 89, of Trafalgar, passed away on Monday, May 2, 2016, in Franklin. He is survived by his wife, Carlene Byus of Trafalgar; one daughter, Tammi (James) King of Greensville, South Carolina; two sisters, Lucy Summers of Indianapolis and Shirley Curry of Rocky Mount, Virginia; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Rev. Phillip Curtis will be conducting a service at 2 p.m. Friday May 6, 2016 at Jessen Funeral Home, Franklin Chapel, 197 E. Jefferson St. A visitation will be held from noon until the time of the service Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh. The family asks that in lieu of flowers that contributions be made to the Minister’s Ministry at the First Assembly of God of Franklin, P.O. Box 447 Franklin, IN.
