Joseph Nichols, 48, of Cardinal Court, died at 11:31 p.m. June 15, 2015, at his home. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday, June 19, 2015, at Rest Haven Cemetery with Ray Skiles officiating. Calling will be from noon until 2 p.m Friday, at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home. Survivors include his sons, Joshua (Brandie) Perez of Nashville and Phillip (Samantha) Perez of Columbus; daughter, Krystle (Anthony) Budas of Columbus; brothers, Ricky Nichols of Butlerville and Randy Nichols of Columbus; sister, Delores Sams of North Vernon; and nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Vernon and Lucille Nichols; and brothers, Orville, Darrell, Hurley, Edgar, Russell and Tony.
