Patricia K. Billman, 73 of Edinburgh, IN, passed away on February 28, 2017 at Brown County Health and Living Community in Brown County, IN.  She was born on October 24, 1943 in Columbus, IN.  She was the daughter of her late parents, Richard Flohr and Celesta (Banks) Shasteen.  She married Lawrence J. Billman and he preceded her in death. She is survived by sons, Christopher J. (Sherry) Billman of Madison, IN and David M. Billman of Edinburgh, IN, daughter, Jennifer L. Gonzalez of Franklin, IN, two grandchildren,  a great-granddaughter, sisters, Jerisue Day Right, Sara Bradley, Faye Dailey, Debbie Shasteen,  and Kathie Flohr, brothers, Rick Flohr, Dana Shasteen, Thomas Shasteen, and John Shasteen. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Edinburgh, IN. A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Friday, March 3, 2017 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Edinburgh.  Calling will be from 9:00 AM until time of service at the church.  Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh, IN.
