Rosemary Weddle Badger-A-150-3

Rosemary Weddle, 76, passed away on July 21, 2020 at Homeview Convalescent Center in Franklin. She was a resident of Franklin and a former resident of Trafalgar, Indiana.

She was born on October 11, 1943 in Franklin to Walter and Cleo (Hogan) Swift. Rosemary is survived by children, Greg Swift, Martin Swift, Angela Buhneing and Walter Weddle; grandchildren Joshua, Bobby Lee, Kevin, David, Amanda, Tracy, Michael, Zephaniah and Adalen and fourteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in passing by her parents; granddaughter, Brittany and daughter-in-law, Christel.

Rosemary was a 1960 graduate of Union High School.

She was employed as a cook for many nursing facilities; twenty years at Welcome Nursing Home and also was a cook at Franklin College.

She enjoyed watching movies, music and dancing.

A celebration of Rosemary’s life will be held on Friday, July 24 at 2:00 p.m. at Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home, 2898 North Morton Street, (U.S. 31 North) in Franklin with visitation on Friday from 12:00 p.m. to time of service at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh, Indiana.
