Arthur Knoblaugh

Arthur “Art” Howard Knoblaugh, Jr., 69, passed away at his residence in Franklin on October 14, 2020. He was a former resident of Holly Hill, Florida.

Art was born on April 25, 1951 in Linden, Kentucky to Arthur Howard Knoblaugh, Sr. and Christine (Petty) Knoblaugh Hadley.

He is survived by his daughters, Tricia Clarke of Canandaigua, New York and Shawan Pettigrew of Eustis, Florida; brothers, Donald E. Knoblaugh (Vicki Newland) and Charles D. Knoblaugh; sister, Dorothy Hadley (Herbert); and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in passing by his father, Arthur; mother, Christine; brothers, Carl J. Knoblaugh and Richard L. Knoblaugh; and sister, Elizabeth A. Hadley.

Art attended schools in Holly Hill, Florida as well as Edinburgh, Indiana. He worked as a painter and drywaller for many years.

Art enjoyed fishing, playing music, and cooking out.

There will be no services at this time. A private family inurnment will take place at a later date at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh.
