Remembering Former Police Officer Gordon Barker

It is with great regret that the Edinburgh Police Department has lost a fellow retired Police Officer. Gordon Barker passed away May 2, 2025. He served the Edinburgh Police Department from January 1, 1972, through October 1, 2006, before leaving and serving with the Bartholomew County Sheriff's Department. Gordon also previously served as a member of the Edinburgh Town Council. Please keep Gordon's family, friends, and Law Enforcement family in your thoughts and prayers. RIP Gordon.
