Karen Lynn Lobring, 61 of Edinburgh, Indiana passed away December 11, 2025, at her residence. She was born May 22,1964 in Los Angeles, California. She is the daughter of Donald and Nancy (Porter) Olson. Karen is survived by her sons, Jacob Kovalsky of Rockford, Illinois, Mitchell Kovalsky of Carmel, Indiana and Zachary Lobring of Edinburgh, Indiana; her brothers, Charles Stuewe of Chino Hills, California, Kenny Stuewe of Costa Mesa, California, Kirk Stuewe of Anaheim, California; and her grandson, Joseph Kovalsky. Karen graduated Order of the Coif from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California where she was an author for the McGeorge Law Journal. She was a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and a member of the American Quarter Horse Association. Karen started her career at Barnes & Thornburg, later she developed her own private practice Lobring & Associates in Edinburgh. She attended Flat Rock Christian Church. Karen was an avid horseback rider and loved animals. She moved several years ago from California to Edinburgh to run the family farm. Above all Karen loved her family. A funeral service will be conducted by Pastor Brian Ebersold at 11:00am on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh, Indiana. Calling will be from 10:00am until time of service. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh, Indiana.
