Mary Carolyn Alderson, 63, of Centerville, formerly of Columbus, died at 3:28 a.m. Sunday, March 13, 2011, at Reid Hospital Emergency Room in Richmond.
Funeral services will be conducted at 4 p.m. Friday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with Deacon Bill Jones officiating. Calling will be from 3 p.m. until service time Friday at the funeral home. Cremation will follow the service.
Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Muscular Dystrophy Association or the Mary Alderson Memorial Fund.
Mrs. Alderson is survived by daughters, Allie M. Bierlein of Columbus, April D. Bierlein of Salem and Patricia D. (Brian Titara) Duncan of Columbus; a brother, John W. (Marcella) Weibel of Utah; and seven grandchildren.
