Steven Ray "Snags" Burton, 56, of Edinburgh, died at 3:59 a.m. Monday, June 13, 2011, at Johnson Memorial Hospital in Franklin. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Whosoever Will Community Church, 623 S. Eisenhower Dr., Edinburgh, with the Rev. Ray Bryant officiating. Calling will be from 11 a.m. until service time Wednesday. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh. Arrangements were made by Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh. Mr. Burton is survived by his wife, Tina Marie Howard Burton; a son, Steven Ray (Trish) Burton II of Taylorsville; a daughter, Shannon Callon of Columbus; a brother, Gary (Misty) Burton of Nashville; sisters, Shirley (Jeff) Burton of Edinburgh, Brenda (Dean) Burton of Columbus and Cynthia (Kenn) Earl of Greenwood; and one granddaughter.
