Audrey H. Conway, 88, of Edinburgh, died at 8:20 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2011, at Keepsake Village in Columbus. Mrs. Conway retired from the U.S. Postal Service as a supervisor in the Indianapolis office. After retirement, she worked as a security guard at the Hoosier Dome. She also was a former electronic technician at Naval Avionics. She was a devoted mother and grandmother and enjoyed gardening, square dancing and sewing and loved animals. Funeral services will be conducted at noon Monday at Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh with the Rev. Lewis Burton officiating. Calling will be from 10 a.m. until service time Monday. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh. Memorial contributions may be made to Edinburgh Dollars for Scholars, in care of Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home. Born in Orange County March 2, 1922, Mrs. Conway was the daughter of Jesse and Maude Pinnick Harlow. She was the widow of Francis D. Conway. Survivors include a son, Kenneth F. Conway of Edinburgh; a grandson, Christiaan (Samantha) Conway of Edinburgh; a great-granddaughter, Audrey Conway; a brother, Leroy (Pat) Harlow of Indianapolis; and a sister, Victoria (Jack) Bentley of Laurelville, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband; brothers, Walter, William, Odas, Casgar and Harry Harlow; sisters, June Wiseman, Maude Ingalls and Grace Bradfield; and daughters-in-law, Patricia Conway and Phyllis Conway.
