Daniel L. "Danny" Goddard, 40, of Edinburgh, died at 12:24 p.m. Friday, April 29, 2011 at Columbus Regional Hospital. He was born in Phoenix, Arizona, January 21, 1971, the son of John Goddard of Arizona and the late Shirley Piper Lawver. He married Dana Repp May 14, 1994. She survives. He was a 1989 graduate of Columbus North High School and loved spending time with his family and enjoyed working with the Cub Scouts. He is survived by sons, Connor and Evan Goddard, at home; a brother, Tony (Penny) Goddard of Columbus; a sister, Melissa Barringer of Columbus; an aunt, Kathy Johnson of Taylorsville and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home with Mike Bryant officiating. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery. Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be through the funeral home in memory of Daniel "Danny" Goddard.
