Gladys R. Miller 79, of Mandeville, LA, passed away February 5, 2011. She was born in Litchfield, KY to Mr. and Mrs. Willard and Sarah Preston on October 18, 1931. Mrs. Miller was a homemaker, loving wife and mother. She was married to Mr. George H. Miller. She is survived by a daughter, Melissa Behrens (husband Calvin) of Covington, LA; grandchildren, Daniel Wingham, Jeffery Walls and Lori Miller, and a sister, Goldie Moore of Jackson, MS. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and a sister, Elsie Bartlet. Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday February 9, 2011 in Calvary Lutheran Church, 6011 Shelby St., Indianapolis. Calling will be at the church from 9:00 a.m. until time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to Lutheran High school of Greater New Orleans, 3864 Sevententh St. Metairie, LA 70002. Services are being handled by Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory, Greenwood Chapel.
