Laura B. (Banks) Stainbrook, 75, died August 3, 2014 in Franklin. She was a resident of Franklin and formerly of Edinburgh. Survivors include her son, Robert Oder of Indianapolis, two brothers, Billy Banks of Scottsburg and Jimmy Banks of New Whiteland, five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Homer H. Stainbrook Jr. A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday August 9, 2014 at Jessen Funeral Home, Whiteland Chapel, 729 U.S. Hwy. 31 North with visitation from 11:00 a.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh.
